What is this store's return and exchange policy? All sales are final, but in the event anything ever happens to your chosen treasures during delivery or upon arrival, I will send a free replacement, not a charge on you! I would only ask to please send me a photo of the damaged product!
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US? Yes! Please be aware orders made outside of the US are bound to have different shipping prices based on your location. As of right now, I cannot ship any orders to Afganistan, Myanmar, Yemen, Niue, Bhutan, Brunei, Laos, Syria, Sudan, Belarus and Russia. Please check the international service disruptions on the USPS site.
How long will it take to receive my order? I usually take 2 to 3 days to process an order and prepare for shipment and it will take usually 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your home! Preorders are different however, and the date they close and approximate time they are expected to ship out should be available on the item's description.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure? Big Cartel checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. It accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. It also accepts Venmo. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
